Prices and Payment
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT. The shopping cart displays the total price, including all applicable fees, VAT, shipping costs, and payment charges. Payment terms are specified in the checkout depending on the payment method selected. Shipping terms are specified in the checkout depending on the shipping method selected.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period by contacting our customer service or registering a return in accordance with our instructions.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to stop the shipment before it leaves our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee this if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.
- The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
- The original packaging should be used whenever possible.
- All accessories, labels, and product information must be included.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the product's value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Hygiene and Hair Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair care, styling, or other hygiene products where the seal has been broken or the product has been used after delivery.
If a product is returned in an opened or used condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer.
This limitation does not affect your statutory right to make a claim regarding faulty or defective products.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Digital content delivered electronically where delivery has begun with your prior express consent.
Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if we have shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Claims and Defective Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, or defective, you have the right to make a claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the issue and, if possible, include photographs showing the defect. We will provide further instructions on how your claim will be handled.
Uncollected Parcels
If you have chosen cash on delivery as your shipping method, your parcel will remain available for collection for four weeks. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us.
For any parcel that is not collected, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for return shipping, administration, and handling, currently amounting to SEK 150.
Exchanges
All exchanges are handled as returns. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the value of the product will be refunded, and a new order must be placed for the desired item.
Refund Obligation
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received for the product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or, in the case of services, from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning goods. We will always cover the shipping costs for sending replacement products.
