Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or register a return, please complete the form below using the name and email address associated with your purchase. In the message field, include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return or cancel.

Once your request has been submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your request and does not constitute approval of the return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refunded amount will normally appear on your account statement within a few business days after you receive our return confirmation.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount paid for the product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned item or, in the case of a service, from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. However, we will always cover the return shipping costs for replacement products.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels that are not collected and are therefore returned to us are not treated as standard returns. An administrative fee of SEK 149 will be charged for uncollected shipments.
